IRON ON INSTRUCTION FOR PATCHES
Step-By-Step Instructions
Preheat the Iron
- Set the iron to medium-high heat (cotton setting).
- Do not use steam.
Position the Patch
- Place the patch on the fabric with the adhesive side down.
- Ensure it is in the correct position before applying heat.
Cover with a Cloth
- Place a thin cloth or parchment paper over the patch to protect it from direct heat.
Apply Heat and Pressure
- Press the iron firmly over the patch for 30-45 seconds.
- Move the iron slightly in a circular motion for even heat distribution.
Check Adhesion
- Gently lift the edges to see if the patch is sticking.
- If not fully adhered, repeat the ironing process for another 10-15 seconds.
Let It Cool
- Allow the patch to cool completely before handling or wearing.
Secure with Stitching (Optional but Recommended)
- For long-lasting wear, sew around the edges of the patch to prevent peeling over time.
